Nationally recognized law enforcement firearms experts will present dynamic live fire pistol and patrol rifle training courses designed for today’s law enforcement firearms instructors. Team One will present an abbreviated 8 hr RDS workshop intended to develop skills of certified instructors in the implementing in service RDS training. Several 4 hr dynamic Low Light course will presented intended to enhance your current department low light program.

In this three-day program student instructors will participate in courses designed to improve their professional value to their department and create a positive training experience that will ultimately result in greater officer safety. Students will work in individual groups and rotate into different learning formats each day designed for each weapon platform or tactic.

Different proven methodologies will be used to enhance the teaching skills of the student instructor. Direct skills will progress from the basics to the more complex and all participants regardless of skill level will find themselves challenged. Practical exercise will emphasize both practical marksmanship and operational skills.
